Non-refundable deposit: all deposits paid to Diesel Xtrem are non-refundable. Service-specific cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms are provided before payment. Read and accept those terms before completing a transaction.
Reservation confirmation
A service or vehicle is not reserved by an inquiry alone. Confirmation requires eligibility review, availability, the required payment and written confirmation.
Non-refundable deposits
All deposits paid to Diesel Xtrem are non-refundable. When applicable, the deposit is applied toward the confirmed service balance. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Customer-requested changes
Contact Diesel Xtrem as soon as a date or appointment changes. Rescheduling remains subject to notice requirements, provider availability, vehicle availability and any fee stated in the service confirmation.
DPS or external changes
If a state agency or testing provider changes or cancels an appointment, notify Diesel Xtrem immediately and provide available documentation. A replacement date is not automatically guaranteed.
Late arrival and no-show
Late arrival can prevent a service or vehicle from being used. Your written service confirmation will state the arrival deadline and any financial consequence of a late arrival or no-show.
Other refunds
Any approved or legally required refund involving an amount other than a deposit is returned through the original payment method and may require additional payment-provider processing time.
