DX AI is a guidance tool. It does not replace licensed professionals, government agencies, or Diesel Xtrem staff decisions.
DX AI cannot guarantee that you will receive, pass, or be approved for a CDL.
DX AI cannot approve or reject enrollment — only Diesel Xtrem staff can do that.
DX AI does not make medical decisions. DOT physicals and medical certificates require a licensed examiner.
DX AI does not provide legal advice. Criminal history, DUI eligibility, and similar questions require a qualified attorney.
DX AI does not interpret Texas DPS, FMCSA, or TPR regulations as binding legal guidance.
DX AI cannot change payments, grades, access levels, certificates, or student records.
DX AI only uses admin-approved Diesel Xtrem sources. It will not invent prices, schedules, or policies.
