Cancellation Before Start

Students who cancel enrollment before the program start date are entitled to a full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable registration or administrative fees.

Withdrawal After Start

Refund amounts for students who withdraw after the program begins are calculated on a pro-rata basis per TWC requirements. Contact admissions for the current refund schedule.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain administrative, registration, or materials fees may be non-refundable. These will be disclosed in the enrollment agreement.

Test Truck Rental

Rental fees are non-refundable once the session has begun. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling.
